  Ticketing staff is always the worst! He was completely focused on the customer who had stopped by to say hello to the branch manager, and completely ignored everyone else. If they ignore ordinary customers and focus only on their own family circumstances and interpersonal relationships, it would not be surprising if scandals involving megabanks occur again. The teller is also unfriendly. I canceled my account immediately.

  Endless waiting whenever you need to go to a counter. At least calculate an hour just for waiting time. Bad customer experience

  Not at all clear where it is located. Wasted 20 mins. It is located in the basement under sheraton! Word to management - stop putting your bank officers under pressure. I made many mistakes on my document but thankfully your staff helped all the while your systems were beeping reminding her that she is taking too much time to resolve my request. That is not correct.
