::Literally worst “Chinese food” I’ve ever had. We got the 13k per person set menu and it was so bad. The worst dish of the night was the “fried chicken with lemon sauce”. You would expect to see this kind of “Chinese” dish in panda express or similar crappy Chinese takeaways in the US and Europe, but it did appear in a supposedly luxurious set menu that cost 13k yen per person with three chicken, a piece of lemon and some unseasoned leafy salad plated ridiculously on fine porcelain. I probably would eat them if I paid less than 600 yen and had been starving since morning, but sitting in a fine dining restaurant with 4 courses in I was just getting a mixed emotions of disgust, rage and tiredness. I took one little bite and decided it was one too many. The other dishes were either too sweet or too salty and to describe them accurately: mid Chinese takeaway level. The dessert was the good, but the disappointment from the chicken and the overall mediocre food (if I’m being kind) cancelled it out. The waiters were nice serving us. I made a complaint to one of the waiters when she was collecting our bill. She did make the effort to pull out a translator and let me speak to it but I’m not sure how much she understood. We still paid in full at the end. I do not recommend this place nonetheless despite the nice atmosphere and service, unless you really like to pay a high price for mid food and sweet and sour chicken🤡.

::Thank you very much for the wonderful food and time today ✨ I made a WEV reservation about a week in advance to coincide with my husband's birthday. Chef's recommended 9-dish course💫 We tasted each item one by one. Since I can't eat raw food and am on a doctor's prescription, I was wondering if there was anything on the menu. I was worried, but I was able to eat 99% of it, so it was delicious and had a gentle taste. I stopped by LAUNCH and was able to enjoy my meal in peace, and I was very happy with the service and attentiveness.

::Rian (Rinka) at the Marriott There was a celebration on a weekday evening, so I made a reservation for 5 people! Although it was a weekday, there were few empty seats in the store and it was busy. When I told them the name and number of people making the reservation, the staff carefully guided me to the private room at the back! I felt that the store staff's prompt and accurate response was as expected! As for the food, it's delicious no matter what you eat. Starting with appetizers, shark fin soup, Peking duck, fried rice, and desserts were all delicious! I would like to go again if there is a celebration.

::Positive: Zensai are amazingly fresh and the sauces are well created. Probably the best Abalone in the city for Chinese style. Interior very pleasant! Negative: Hot dishes are salty, pecking duck is mediocre.
