::Open for takeout only from 5pm on Saturday. You can find out the menu and prices by checking the restaurant's Instagram. When the store was open, we had delicious ramen and gyoza. It's a shame that we can't eat and drink inside the store, but we're happy to be able to serve jumbo gyoza even once a week. It's far from Joetsu, but if I want to eat there again, I'll drive there on Saturday at 5pm. Jumbo gyoza 500 yen Fried rice (large) 500 yen Price includes tax. Plastic bags cost 2 yen, so it's a good idea to bring your own shopping bag.

::Homemade gyoza can be purchased at local supermarkets, and the noodles and Arashi ramen are also delicious, surprisingly big and delicious. I went there yesterday to conclude this year. The freshly baked gyoza are super delicious. Currently open only on Saturdays and Sundays, it looks like you can make a reservation for the gyoza.

::I didn't make it in time for lunch, so I ordered a jumbo gyoza for takeout in the evening on my way home. The waiting time is about 15 minutes. I waited while looking at the menu. I was hungry so I wanted to eat this and that! Next time, I was thinking of coming to the store in time for lunch, but when the gyoza was finished, I was asked how I would like to take the bag home for 2 yen, so I told them it was fine since I was driving. After paying, I grabbed a pack of gyoza and they were very piping hot, so if you don't want to buy a bag, I recommend bringing an eco bag. It took about 30 minutes to get home, but it wasn't cold yet, so I just took one. The handmade skin is chewy and I think the main ingredient is cabbage. I thought maybe there was no meat in it. It's refreshing, but it's jumbo so I was satisfied with 3 pieces. I thought that if I ate it at a restaurant, the grilled eyes would be crispy and it would be even more delicious. If I have a chance, I would like to try other Chinese dishes as well, so I would like to go there again.

::I ordered ``Cantonese noodles (Gomoku Umani Noodles)'' for ¥860 + large size ¥100 and ``Special Jumbo (5 pieces)'' for ¥530. The parking lot is on the first floor of the store, and the store is on the second floor. Cantonese noodles have thick bean paste and are large in quantity, so the more you eat it, the more it gets mixed with the soup and becomes a potage, and the flavor and richness of the vegetables are delicious. As the name ``Special Jumbo'' suggests, the gyoza are surprisingly large, and I think they're about the size of two or three regular gyoza. The seeds have a fairly light texture with cabbage, chives, a small amount of minced meat, and garlic. This is delicious. The fabric is thick and chewy, and the volume is amazing. Don't worry, you can take it home even if you can't eat it all. I ordered "Chinese rice bowl and ankake fried yakisoba combination platter" for ¥1,100. Served on a plate that is quite impressive in size. The noodles are homemade and fried, so they're thick, firm, and filling. Of course, the Chinese bowl is also delicious.

::The jumbo gyoza, the signature menu item here, is quite delicious! The skin is chewy and the toppings are mostly vegetables and juicy. The jumbo gyoza can also be taken out, so I took it home. Of course, the food is plentiful and delicious. I order miso flavored ramen at every restaurant, so I had the vegetable spicy miso ramen. The soup is lighter and richer than it looks, and the noodles are smooth and coated with the soup, making it delicious.
