::I was invited and treated to an evening kaiseki meal. The restaurant was very clean and had tatami seating with chairs, so even elderly people with joint pain can eat with peace of mind. The food was colorful and very delicious. If I had to pick something, I think it would be nice to have more Niigata-produced ingredients in addition to local sake, so that people would feel like they were experiencing Niigata😆

::It was delicious! The other set meals were also beautifully presented and I was very satisfied. I was worried because I only had an old image of the Grand Hotel, but The restaurant was clean and had probably been renovated, and I think it's a great place to eat with older people.
