The male staff member was elderly and didn't know how much pressure to use during X-rays, and the camera was forcefully thrust into him without a signal.When giving instructions to the patient, his voice was low and the chair suddenly went up and down, and the equipment suddenly moved. It was very scary and uncomfortable because it came into my mouth. I have expressed my opinion directly, but each person has their own way of doing things. There was no apology, just that. I don't think I can fix my twisted thoughts, so at least try to speak out loud enough for the other person to hear so that no one else feels the same way I do. All the female staff members were very nice.

::I decided to go because my daughter recommended it. (I thought the tooth extraction was the only option due to advanced pyorrhea and tooth decay.) I received treatment while preserving as much of my existing teeth as possible. It took some time, but after the treatment I was able to chew properly and I am satisfied. Thank you very much.
