  Cleaning was sub-standard (a dirty coffee mug? Hair still in the shower and stains on the bedding), had to put the sheets on the beds ourselves, walls are falling apart, and it just doesn't feel taken care of. Thing needs to be remodeled or torn down. It is very close to the ski runs though so that's nice.

  Amazing apartment complex that houses staff and guests alike, full facilities in each room, and each room in itself is completely different from the next. Every room has its own style to it. The vending machines are a little pricey, but that doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things. Perfectly connected to both towers 1, 2, and the resonaire via tunnels that show the beautiful landscape around you. Beautiful in the winter time 👌🌨

  Been to the forest restaurant. Decent buffet with solid breakfast items. Tomamu tower stay package covers the breakfast pricing it at 1000yen. A decent price

  Terrible service at reception counter. Refused to help unload luggage. Only use eye power. Refused to lead us to the room, we had to find our way to the room trying to figure out orientation of the 3 different blocks. No carpark lots nearby. Have to walk 3-5min back to the building from the nearest carpark T2. Quite a bad experience. Moreover, Unkai Terrace only open 5am-8am daily. Hotel Checkout is 11am. It was raining when we reached at night (9pm). It was total darkness. Had a hard time finding the way to the hotel. What's worse was the poor service staff standing there watching us DIY carrying luggage in the rain... Advice to reach this place as early as possible so that it's bright enough to see the road directional signs if u r here for self-drive trip.

  This AirBnb Alpha Village has very nice view over the mountain. The view is guaranteed. The view in the winter is superb.
