::Hotel staff are friendly. Delicious food and great hot spring. It’s worthwhile to drive 80 minutes from Kurashiki.👍

::Had an amazing experience at Yunogo Grand Hotel. Had a large tatami room and a great view. Onsen was great as well!

::Great Japanese hospitality from our arrival till departure, without fail on any step! 1. Hot spring (onsen). I travel a lot, and I love hot springs. My judgment about a hot spring is easy: if on the next morning I feel relief from my constant back pain, it is a great onsen. This one is great! They have also rotenburo (outside bath), which is really nice, especially during cold season. 2. Food. Everything is in best Japanese traditions: tasty, fresh, beautifully served, polite and attentive stuff. 3. Room. We stayed in a Japanese style room (ryokan style), means sleeping on tatami (straw mats) floor on futons (mattresses). That is wonderful experience of Japanese culture. Very clean, all the necessary amenities are in the room. You can change your cloth to Japanese yukata (light kimono) and submerge yourself in Japanese feeling totally. The view from our room on the 8th floor was marvelous: Japanese small town amongst hills! And also kotatsu was in the room. It is a low table with a heater under it and a blanket. You keep you legs under the table, covering them with the blanket, and all the family enjoy tea and conversations — another a must experience in Japan (in cold season). Even old Nintendo game console was in the room. Like “hello” from XX century :) My son got his pleasure playing it.

::So kind staffs and comfortable facilities. There is free shuttle from Okayama station once a day run by hotel showing the hotel's fame. It seems koreans would be more convenient bc a Korean man is newly hired. He was so sincere and courteous. I would like to have wonderful time again at yunogo grand hotel.
