  the place is old but what do you expect for the price. its really value for money and the service is exceptional. a kindly old waiter ? supervisor? came and personally thanked us for visiting at the start of the meal. incredible

  We went hotel to have dinner, we found it very good, quite. Waiters didn't speak english very well but we got what we ordered. Very happy

  The hotel is very big but quite dated, most of the facilities (including the bowling, karaoke) were not open during my stay. The room is spacious but some insects managed to get into the room, so it’s pretty scary. Other than that, staff are friendly, location is good, car park is just a minute walk from the premises. The private onsen for rent is good, around 2200 yen for an hour if i remember correctly.

  Beautiful hotel! It's the classic ryokan, with lovely tatami rooms, different entertainment according to the floor, really enjoyable onsen, and on top of that they're currently offering a Beautiful firefly tour at night! Food is top notch btw! 10/10

  I wasn't a guest, I only day-tripped to Yumoto. I went to Yumoto Kanko onsen. It was very nice! 1000yen to use the public bath. You have towels, razors, shower caps, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, facial soap, body lotion, and lockers to keep your shoes and personal items in!!! Well worth the money, and the baths are wonderful too!
