::PROS: -2 outdoor baths of black water. the consistency is very thick and very effective in making skin soft. there is a TV infront of a big black-water onsen, with a 38.9-39C temperature, allowing people to soak up to the bath while you get entertained. public baths without TV makes it awkward because people are bored so they stare. -food is very affordable and the volume is satisfying. -people have manners, and even if its not a high-end place, they don't talk loudly or chatter. -parking is free and huge. -very affordable bathing fee. Weekdays: adult Members 780 yen / General 880 yen Child 300 yen Every Tuesday is “Parent-Child Communication Day”! ! One child under elementary school age is free for each adult! Saturdays and holidays bathing fee: adult Members 880 yen / General 980 yen Child 400 yen CONS: -resting area is small -some parts are old and a little moldy, but still overall OK. -rugs/mats inside the sauna needs to be changed more. (my opinion)

::Non members pay 980 yen on weekends (weekdays 880?). Includes Sauna. Has body soap, shampoo and conditioner at shower. Hot stones with running oyu available for lying down. Very nice open air Oyu (black color, feels silky smooth). Open air onsen area gets really crowded. But you can really skip the 37-38 degrees black oyu (super crowded) by using the 42 degrees black oyu (not crowded). I think the earlier's appeal is to be able to sit in it for super long hours. I think some people may literally be living in this oyu (pun) as they never seem to leave. Food (reasonably priced) and massage (reasonable as well?) available. Did I love it? Yes. Will I think twice before coming again? Yes. Was the black oyu one of the best? Also yes. Baboom ba baby

::Great experience! The charcoal onsen was unique! Lots of variaties to soak in. Full japanese, no tattoos allowed and no take out for food

::If you want a relaxing evening, this onsen is FANTASTIC! There are lots of pools. Our favorite was the salt sauna and cold pool. The food is nice afterwards as well.

::Was absolutely rammed with people. Almost had to stand in the baths there were so many. The salt steam room was good as it wasn't so crowded and the room wasn't overly hot making it possible to stay longer. The suana on the other hand was packed which made it quite uncomfortable. The waters they had when we went was black water (think that's the standard one) and inside baths were fuji apple which meant the baths were red. Overall was suprised at how small the place was.
