::I came here from Tokyo for me birthday 🎉 . I was not allowed inside because I have one small tattoo ⭐️ on my arm measuring 2 cm. When I offered to cover it up, the staff woman with a rude face and with a sneer at me 😏 said that she had already seen the tattoo and I would not be able to enter the inside. 🤯🤯🤯 When I said that I had driven here for three hours and would not leave this place, she called the police. 👮♀️ Rude staff, stupid rules. 😤 Usually, all Japanese spas allow you to hide the tattoo or provide special plasters as a service. 👍🏼🫶🏼 But this particular spa is stuck in the Middle Ages 👎🏼👎🏼

::Unfriendly front lady and terrible "music". 4500 Yen too much!! Also, many guests sun bath on a bed (1,500 extra) then jump back into the pool because there is no shower near the pool. So basically you swim in the sweat of others.

::Was really looking forward to relaxing at this onsen and spa after a long day exploring Kamakura and Enoshima but we were turned away because my friend had some tattoos. I understand this is the norm in Japan but it's so outdated and the tattoos in questions were reasonably small. Very disappointed in this outcome.

::Racist Staff. I tried to go to this onsen but they refused the entry. I arrived 45min before the closing time, so at 8:15 PM They told me that the last entry was at 8:00 PM, but they accepted the people waiting before and after me, japanese people of course. This is scandalous, not gaijin friendly at all !
