The downtown area of ​​Yoyogi, the office district itself, is a small area, adjacent to Shinjuku, so it's faster to go to Shinjuku, so if you're in a hurry or after hours, you should go to Shinjuku. (Yoyogi Post Office is a little far away, so Shinjuku is more convenient.)
