::The middle age of lady at document department is not nice. Phone call to the department surgeon for checking, her voice how to talk was all I could heard. It was so humiliated, she told my situation like I’m a liar and she was even laughing how she explained my situation. The doctors I hope it’s depends on the position but don’t listen what I want to tell , but telling me be matured. I’ve never seen my doctor after my surgery done so now I feel like he just want to earn his surgeries numbers as record. I’ll put 2 star for good surgery as long as I am patient here.

::They will do so much and no more because of very restrictive protocols in place. It is not about customer satisfaction, it is about preserving life. The hospital is very organised and it is ok. I was fortunate to have a good doctor. For the most part, the staff is very courteous. They accept health insurance and their services are varied and affordable.

::Bad hospital. Staff was condescending and unhelpful. It seems that she is annoyed to do her job and would like you to leave rather than help a patient. I went to a different hospital instead and I felt like my symptoms are listened to than here.

::We had baby delivery here. We haven’t been to other hospitals so don’t know how are they. Our doctors are very good and caring. We are getting baby vaccines here and they are gentle and caring.

::Excellent emergency service. Had to go here 3 times in an ambulance and received excellent care each time. I also had a gallbladder surgery in this hospital and the surgeon and the care was excellent. The hospital is old and the in-patient rooms in the ward aren't great, but their equipments are modern and as this is a teaching hospital, they seem to be updated in the latest knowledge. The ward nurses were really busy as they had so many patients so they can seem a bit rude compared to other hospital I was in, but they're very helpful and professional. Most staffs and doctors don't speak in English, but if you call ahead you can request a volunteer medical interpreter with shared cost (about 1,100 yen per hour)
