I stayed in the hospital for just one night and was taken care of. The food was delicious as usual for hospital food. The food was well prepared, and the miso soup for breakfast had plenty of komatsuna. As with any hospital, we serve a lot of rice and not a lot of side dishes in order to get more calories. For young people, it might be a good idea to add furikake. Although it was a shared room, it was the standard size of a four-person room these days, and there was plenty of space for each person. TV is 300 yen. I bought earphones at the 100 yen shop at Osaki Station. There is a refrigerator under the desk. There is an extension cord coming out of the outlet and a tap with a switch. I was able to use the computer comfortably. There was no information about Wi-Fi in the hospital. I was tethering from my smartphone. The common room on the ward floor was also spacious. Pajamas are forced to be rented. There may be some people who are confused by this. There were two face towels on each sink (I wonder if these come as a set with the pajamas?) and it was comfortable. There were no particular problems with the reception, and it was polite and smooth.

In November, I had three heart bypass surgeries and a new recovery! They did it at the same time! With the help of the post-surgery nurses, rehabilitation, and doctors, I am now able to walk normally!

The reception has ended. I asked another orthopedic surgeon over the phone beforehand to see if they could take a CT scan right away, and they said, ``You can get a CT scan without waiting,'' so I headed there, but when I actually got to the hospital, I had to wait forever. I was also told that the CT image could be developed in about 15 minutes, but if I didn't ask, ``How much longer will it take?'', the receptionist would ask the patient whether he was looking into space or talking. I can't even hang it. In fact, even though they have to wait more than 30 minutes to receive the documents, they ask, ``When can I submit them?'', ``Submit them now,'' ``Come quickly,'' ``If you can't come, send them by registered mail,'' and ``Bring them to an agent.'' Let me do it,” he called me persistently. What kind of attitude did he really have when he called not only me but also my parents in the rural area who had written on his emergency contact information, and then hung up without saying anything? However, when I asked about the documents to be submitted, she said she didn't know and insisted that I check them at work. His attitude on the phone was also very high-pressure, which really bothered me. I won't be going there again in my life, and it will just add up to stress, so I don't recommend it.

I was diagnosed with diabetes and was referred by my long-time family doctor due to worsening irregular heartbeat. Currently, it has been about a month and a half since I was hospitalized and had surgery for 3 nights and 4 days for high frequency catheter ablation (myocardial ablation). Is my physical condition cyclical? Is everything going well despite some slumps? He is currently recovering and continues to visit the hospital. Regarding the surgery and care during hospitalization, the hospital facilities were appropriate, the level of comfort was high, and the nurses were kind, so I had no complaints at all. It was painful both during and after the urinary catheter was removed. Although my physical condition has been up and down, I feel like I am recovering in a good direction, and I am grateful that the doctors who took care of me had reliable skills. However, the layout and flow of the counters, such as outpatient reception and payment, are difficult to understand, and the information displays and explanations from each person in charge are unfriendly. It seems like the system is for patients to measure their blood pressure themselves using an automatic blood pressure meter before the consultation, but without any proper explanation, they assume that this is something they should do as a matter of course, and even though it is their first time seeing the patient, there is no consideration or explanation given to them. It's obvious that you're doing it, but if you're not doing it, why aren't you doing it? This attitude is taken. The outpatient nurses seemed to be unfamiliar with the techniques for drawing blood for blood tests, probably because this is a hospital specializing in heart disease. Well, I have a problem with my arm, which is physically difficult to find blood vessels, but other hospitals don't make me feel so anxious, so maybe I should press ahead and find out. There were many discrepancies and deficiencies between what I heard from the outpatient nurse and what was explained in the ward about the surgery and hospitalization before the surgery, and there was a large gap in trust between the departments involved in the outpatient department and the ward, which amplified my anxiety. Therefore, I would like to request that you improve your awareness of the patient's point of view when providing information, flow lines, and explanations in departments related to outpatient services. Although I have some complaints, overall I think it's a good hospital. thank you. Thank you for your continued support.

I went to a cardiologist because I was having severe shortness of breath and was having trouble with my daily life. I called the doctor in a hurry on the day of the exam, and even though the doctor's appointment was over, he was willing to do the test, and the doctor and nurse were very nice and talked to me to make sure I didn't feel anxious. . In the end, it wasn't anything serious, but thanks to the detailed inspection, I felt at ease. The doctors who performed the CT and cardiac examinations were particularly pleasant and took great care of me.
