::I don't want to give even 1 star. My mother was brought to this hospital as an emergency due to an asthma attack. Naturally, I expected them to give me an intravenous drip or some other treatment, but when my mother came out, she was still in pain. When I heard the story, I was told that the trainee doctor had looked at the senior doctor's complexion and did nothing. I consulted the nurse twice, but she kept asking me to wait. During that time, his seizures became more and more severe, and the patients and family around him became worried. I was so irritated by the doctors and nurses who didn't move for more than 30 minutes and ignored me when I passed by that I protested quite strongly for the third time. Finally, a nurse came out and gave me an intravenous drip. Do you think it's the nurse's office or something that lets patients who are brought in by emergency and are having a seizure go home without doing anything? The next day was a weekday, so I went to see a doctor I knew, and he told me that I had the worst level of asthma and that it was strange that they wouldn't do anything for me as an emergency. (I later heard from another doctor that this hospital doesn't have a respiratory doctor, so I should be careful.)

::I was taken by ambulance and when I was anxious, the attitude of the attending doctor and the nurse was the worst! We both laughed and was told that with my body type, there was no way I could get sick. Afterwards, he was hospitalized, but there was no explanation given to him about the treatment plan or his illness, nor was there any explanation given to his family. It was so bad that I was transferred to the hospital. The ICU nurse was very kind and comforted me when I started crying, telling me that everything would be okay and not to cry. thank you. The nurses in the ward were kind. The teacher was the worst...

::A family member noticed something strange about his eyes and visited an ophthalmologist. A young female laboratory technician was smiling as I was accompanying her. I felt completely at ease and left it to him, but when I inspected him from a distance, his attitude completely changed. When he answered ``I can't see'' during the vision test, he was threatened and told, ``Just answer whatever you want!'' Isn't a vision test meant to answer questions about what you can see? When I told her again that I couldn't see her, she said in a commanding tone, "Anything is fine! Tell me!" I got scared and answered as she asked, but she came back feeling depressed and saying, "I was scared." . Another person in my neighborhood had the same experience and was told that if he wanted to be tested by someone other than the technologist, he would be called in from another hospital and would have to pay extra. The doctor has a reputation for being very skilled, so I go there if I can ask him for help, but to be honest, what's the point in hiring a laboratory technician who doesn't even do the proper tests? I think so and will post it. We hope that the hospital will understand what kind of tests patients are undergoing.

::My daughter went to the emergency department because she had a fever. I could hear laughter and conversations coming from the reception desk, which didn't seem like it was a hospital, and I felt that it was a cheerful and friendly workplace. The doctor who examined me spoke highly of me in a very frank tone rather than using polite language. The examination was done in seconds, perhaps because I wanted it to be completed quickly. It seems that they are actively working on the work style reforms that are trending these days. The staff members chatting while blocking the patient's path must be part of the obstacle race-like event organized by the hospital. Overall, it's hard to believe that medical workers are working here, and it's more like an amusement facility where you can have some unusual experiences. Even if I had to be rushed to the hospital due to an accident or illness, I think it would be better to just die in the open than to be transported to this affiliated hospital. Of course, I'm sure there are some wonderful doctors and other medical professionals working at this hospital. However, in a hospital where everyone comes to a facility with a certain amount of anxiety, if even one person behaves in a manner that undermines trust, I feel very unpleasant towards the hospital as a whole. I hope that this will be improved.

::I went to hospital at 3:50pm , I told the symptoms about my kid, around 4:30 the receptionist tell me to come another day as it was closing time and I have to visit to another department of the hospital. This Doctor referred to another department without checking my kids condition . Before this incident, i had to face a serious problem due to these doctors irresponsible behavior . Seriously I don't understand if you want me to go another department atleast tell before hand. Is your time only precious? I have huge respect for the doctors. But over here they don't consider you anything.
