I feel like the healing time is slower than at other otorhinolaryngology clinics, but the otorhinolaryngologist is kind and the treatment is quick and thorough. Out of all the otorhinolaryngology clinics I've been to, this is the easiest place to visit. I plan to continue using this otorhinolaryngologist in the future!

I go to the pediatrics department as a family doctor, but the department is always fully booked, so I can't get an appointment on the same day. Even if you want to see a doctor due to sudden fever or injury, it is not possible. I was told that if there was an emergency, I could call and they would take care of it, but I was refused. I was asked to make a reservation for a later date. It's a good hospital if you make an appointment in advance, but I wonder what everyone does if they want to be seen on the same day.

Thank you for always taking care of me in the pediatric department. The doctors, nurses, and receptionists all seem a little impatient, but since it's a hospital, you don't want to stay too long, so being impatient is just right. They are prompt, efficient, and kind, and the check-up process is smooth and stress-free. It's a popular clinic and there are a lot of patients, but they have a good reservation system, and you can rest assured that sick patients are separated during vaccination times.

The other day, my 0-year-old child was seen for the first time due to a coryza. The otorhinolaryngology and pediatrics sets are really convenient and helpful. With online reservations and online medical questionnaires, the waiting time was short. The walls and ceiling have been designed to appeal to children, so if they start crying, they will immediately become suspicious. Also, during the examination, he showed me Anpanman on his tablet. The examination was gentle, clear, and easy to understand, and I had the impression that I could trust him very much. I have been to both the otorhinolaryngologist and the pediatrician, and I have been very impressed with both doctors. The receptionist seemed busy, but he was efficient and helpful.★We will change our family doctor here!

I went there for the first time to have my 1 and a half year old have large earwax removed. This is my first time seeing an otorhinolaryngologist. Alcohol is dispensed automatically as soon as you enter the entrance, alcohol is dispensed automatically as soon as you enter the reception desk, and there is also a thermometer (for parents?) that can be taken by simply holding your forehead. I thought it was very well equipped! The inside of the hospital is also very clean, and although I didn't use it this time, there seems to be a nursing room. I was surprised to see that everyone at the reception was taking proper precautions with face shields and masks. I don't know about other cases as it was earwax removal, but today's flow was: Visit the hospital, check in, wait a while in the waiting room, see the doctor, and pay the bill (there was an automatic payment machine). However, there was no medicine today, and since he was one and a half years old, there was no payment. Although it was my first time, I was able to make a reservation online and fill out a pre-examination form in advance, so in just 10 minutes after arriving at the hospital, I was all done, including the examination and accounting, and was back in my car. early! And the teachers and staff are all so kind! Even during the procedure, the staff say things like ``You're doing well!'' and ``The cat's here!'' The teachers also talk kindly to the children, and they also smile at the parents. So I felt very safe going to the hospital. Perhaps my child was good at cleaning his ears, because he didn't cry or move during the procedure, and he was still, and I was able to remove the large earwax in an instant that I was told was difficult. You took it quickly! Since I'm a child, I wanted to see an otorhinolaryngologist with a pediatrics facility, so I went here even though it was a little far away, and it was the right decision. This time I only had an otorhinolaryngology clinic, but I'm really grateful that I can see a pediatrician at the same time as a family with small children. It's a little far away, but I'd like to take care of you in the future!
