Regarding the social worker, I felt that he had no knowledge of the patient's information and was inconsistent. Isn't the specialty of a social worker first of all, gathering information from patients, gathering information from all kinds of occupations and businesses, and after understanding that information, facilitating interactions with families and outside parties? By doing so, hospital users will no longer have to communicate with the hospital multiple times and information will be unified. Are you sure it's okay? I would like you to try a little harder. It also smelled like cigarettes. I think it's probably the same employee, but I've seen him smoking a cigarette a few times in front of the ramen shop next to Spina, wearing a jacket over his uniform. These are the points that I personally find suspicious.

An elderly family member was hospitalized. Appropriate response to everything. The clerks in each ward also respond differently depending on the floor. There are some floors that strictly follow the manual, such as during visits, and others that are more lax and sloppy. As expected, the corona virus is spreading in the ward on Yuruyuru's floor, and visitors are prohibited. Even if I tell them that I will take the laundry in the next day and bring it back if there are any dirty items, they always say, ``I don't think they have it.'' Basically, they probably don't ask you to change your clothes. I'm really worried about hygiene and other things. Sure enough, after I was discharged from the hospital, I was infected with toenail fungus. My dermatologist told me it was because I wore the same socks all the time. Information cannot be shared between social workers and the wards. When a social worker calls me to talk about future plans, the conversation doesn't progress because I don't know about the patient's daily life, which was filled out at the time of admission. (Day service use, nursing care situation, etc.) In any case, the response was appropriate. It seems that there is only a minimum amount of information to be provided to other hospitals upon discharge, and the doctor at the clinic is worried that there is so little information that it is difficult to understand the situation, so he said he would make inquiries. When I called at the beginning of the month to make an appointment for a health checkup, I was immediately told that there were no vacancies for the rest of the month, without any confirmation that they would look into it. I realized that not only the ward and community cooperation, but also the reception desk are appropriate.

My mother-in-law is hospitalized with diabetes. The response from the ward office staff is the worst. I understand that visits are by appointment only and short due to coronavirus measures, but I haven't been able to see them once since I was admitted to the hospital, and even though the hospital said they would contact me when I was able to see them again, they haven't contacted me for over two weeks. When I called her, she said, ``I was thinking of calling you soon,'' and she wouldn't let me know unless I asked her to explain her condition, and she didn't even call me even though she was in a good condition to leave the hospital at any time. It doesn't come. In the end, even though I set a date for the discharge meeting and went to visit him on that day, the doctor in charge said things like, ``I haven't made an appointment for a visit, so I can't see you today,'' and the doctor in charge said, ``I haven't heard that you're coming today.'' I'm in a state where I can't say anything.

There are many mistakes. I laughed when I went to the hospital after a traffic accident and was told at the reception that I wasn't admitted even though I had made an appointment, when I gave the wrong date on the medical certificate I submitted to the police, and when I was asked to show my health insurance at the settlement office after treatment. Is it a traffic accident? Why don't you check it? here. I definitely don't want to receive life-threatening treatment here.

This was my first visit for a medical checkup. The receptionist's response made me feel very welcome, and immediately after that, another person appeared who would be in charge today. Since it was my first visit to the hospital, I had no idea where or what department there was, so she accompanied me until I completed all the tests, and she was very kind and guided me from start to finish from morning until the end of the morning checkup. Since it was a dock, I went around all the time, and the teachers and staff in each department were all so nice that I felt at ease even though I was a little nervous. That day, while I was waiting for the results as far as I could tell, I went to Tanita Shokudo and had my favorite menu: the chicken tempura set meal, and a dessert that came with the dock. It was really delicious. Despite the easy dock costing 20,900 yen, I was able to undergo a medical examination comfortably and with peace of mind. I am grateful to the person in charge who guided me through the morning like a concierge that day. thank you very much. I'll visit you again! !
