::Director Iwahisa sometimes has a rough Kansai-style (?) tone, but he explains things in a way that is easy to understand for patients, and I would recommend him if you have a thyroid disease. The clinic is new and clean, and if you make a reservation, you won't have to wait long at all, but some of the women at the reception desk are unpleasant. It's a bit disappointing, in contrast to the woman who had a good impression and had a louder voice than the other two. Also, the male engineer on the 4th floor seems like a pain. Minus 1 star because there is no parking lot and you have to use coin parking at your own expense.

::The director is very kind. I highly recommend this service if you are seeking treatment for a thyroid disease. However, when I called to change my reservation, the male clerk's tone was very intimidating and scary. After I heard a hold tone saying, ``Please wait a moment,'' I thought the hold tone had gone off, but then I heard a voice yelling at the staff right next to the phone, which was very scary. If there is a female clerk, I thought it would be better to make a reservation on the spot as much as possible to avoid dealing with the scary male clerk.

::I went there because of a referral from another hospital. Before your appointment, you will need to complete a blood sample and other tests, and you will need to arrive an hour before your appointment, but I think this rule will make your appointment go smoothly. Everyone feels great. In particular, my teacher, I, was the best. Of course, the explanations are thorough, but above all, they are kind. I won't be going there for a while, but I look forward to visiting you again when I have to.

::Since I was being taken care of by Ito Hospital in Tokyo, I decided to go here in Sapporo. It's a very clean and nice hospital. There was a restroom as well as a nursing room. This is great for those who have small children. Both the doctor and the nurse were nice. The laboratory technician was indifferent, but he didn't seem particularly unpleasant, so I didn't leave a bad impression.
