This is a nostalgic hot spring inn that probably flourished during the bubble economy. However, apart from the aging of the facilities, there were many things that raised eyebrows, such as the smell of the bedding and the customer service attitude during meals. It's a shame because the view from the room and the quality of the hot springs are good. The open-air bath at the hot spring was lukewarm, and there was no water in the morning. It's a shame because with a little effort, you could attract as many customers as you want.

It was really terrible. The room smelled of mold, there were spider webs in the bathroom, and the short coat and cushions were full of stains, making it really unsanitary. There is no hot water in the wash basin in the room. It says "If you let the water run for a while, it will turn into hot water", but it never comes out. It's cold because the heating doesn't work, and the entire building is dark. The express bus was delayed due to traffic congestion, and when I told them that I was 15 minutes late to check in and was late from the nearest bus stop, they scolded me in a rather strong way, saying, "I've been waiting a long time." Are the employees really in the customer service industry? That's the level. I don't know if the employees are yelling at each other in the back, grumbling as they serve the food, or if they're trying to serve customers in a country-style friendly way, but they're wearing the wrong shoes. Everyone makes mistakes, so I'm not blaming them for that, but it can't be helped if they make a mistake, right? I'm telling you very strongly from above to forgive me. In the end, the blame is always placed on us. These are people who are totally hating their jobs. And the meat that came out for dinner? When I turned it over, a small insect crawled out. Probably a cockroach child. This inn probably reached its heyday during the bubble era, but perhaps the Reiwa period has arrived with the mood still intact. On the contrary, I felt sad for this one. If you want to have a good trip, the best choice is not to choose this place. I recommend it if you like TRICK's worldview.

Too cruel I made a reservation, but when I went on the day I went, I was told that there were no reservations. When I asked him what he meant, he replied incomprehensibly, saying that he had turned off the internet. When I showed them my reservation email, they said they would prepare a room for me. When you go to your room, there is a list of personal information for all the separate rooms on the table. Even though there are two people, it's only one cup of tea and sweets. The contents of the toiletries had been taken out, and when I pointed them out to the staff, they told me they had left them for me to replenish. Moreover, he comes in without knocking. There is a dirty rag in the teapot. The table is sticky. As expected, I was going to make a complaint and I told her to call the person in charge, but the lady at the reception came and I asked her if she was in charge, and she said that I was the person in charge during the holidays, so I explained the above details. When I told him, he said that he had been absent for a long time and that he had come out today for the first time, and that he didn't have an internet connection and that he didn't have a reservation. He approached me and talked to me as if he were a friend, so I told him to call someone higher up. The managing director was out shopping and said he would be back soon, so I told him to call him and he replied that he understood. They never came, so when I called the front desk, they hung up on me. Twice. It makes no sense. Is this really a Japanese hotel? ? Apparently, another customer who came today was also unable to make a reservation. It seems that those who came early were allowed in, but those who came late were turned away for crying out loud. The veteran employee ended up having to avoid dealing with complaints and passing it all on to a new employee who had been hired as a temporary employee. Since you're right in front of them, I think the bare minimum of manners is to explain or respond in some way. The only decent person I worked with was the guy who came in as a temporary worker. I didn't stay the night and went home, but I was completely ignored without any greetings or apologies on my way home. I felt really, really bad. By the way, the ceiling in the hallway was leaking, and there were parts of the ceiling that were turned up. The refrigerator wouldn't open for some reason, and even when I asked the cleaning staff, they said they couldn't open it. There was no electricity in the bathroom in the room, or rather, there was a hole in the electricity spot, so it was pitch black. The futon is full of stains. This price, this quality, this response. If you're going to add a ★, would you give it 100 minus ★? (angry)

The view was nice. That's the only place I can praise it. The guy who guides us at the entrance has a bad attitude, the room is cold, the lights in the room are flickering, there's nothing for sale in the shop, the water in the bath is lukewarm, and the open-air bath is full of water. The food was average, for better or for worse. I don't have any impressions but it's terrible.

It seems that in the past it was used as a prize on TV, but now it is a long time ago. The familiar store clerk and famous waiter were still alive and well. However, the lack of friendliness of the guide was terrible. She gets on the elevator last, gets off first and scurries to her room, and the elevator closes so early that her child almost gets caught. However, the food was amazing! The amount and grade of food for both children and adults was too much to eat, and of course the adult version was different from what you'd find at a buffet! What the kids liked was the breakfast. They were very happy to make their own miso soup by melting their own miso and adding the ingredients from the plate. And at the hot spring town nearby, I could smell the sweet steamed buns and play target shooting and smart ball, which made me feel like I had come to a hot spring.
