::A quick bite of ramen from the vending machine. No fuss yet fully customizable. Gyoza was done well with that crispness on the outside. We repeated the order. Hardness of noodle, amount of lard and intensity of soup base. Not bad. Good service bec the staff was attentive and initiated photo taking without us asking 👍 One of the few eateries open late at night in a very small and quiet town of Furano. Do go for early dinner if possible.

::A safe bet for good quality ramen. Go to the automatic ordering machine to place your order and pay. English menu available. We tried different flavors/soups for the ramen and they all tasted very good.

::On the way back from Furano to Sapporo, and it was late at night. There was not many restaurants options as most had close by that time. Thank God this restaurant is still open. More importantly, their Miso ramen tasted heavenly. Not sure if it's because I was tired and hungry, but thinking back makes me missing it so much. The miso soup is thick and rich. The ramen noodles were springy and snappy. The chashu was nicely marinated and tender. Also, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Despite us having a toddler, they are friendly and kind to us. However, if savory is not your thing, then probably this place is not so suitable for you.

::We got the special extra spicy ramen, shrimp tsukemen and gyoza. Tsukemen broth was fatty, but beneath that layer, the soup was flavorful. Chunks of pork within were awesome (just 2 tiny pieces), portion noodle was plenty. (I believe you could request specifications to broth as noted on a laminated sheet on the side, but we didn’t). Spicy noodles came with a warning on the machine when we ordered. We went ahead anyways, great for people who really can hold their spice. Eggs were gooey and yummy! Probably need a beer to relief the spice! Gyoza was decent. Service staff were friendly and tried their best to communicate to us in English.
