If you don't like it, they will make it for you for an additional fee (it's a market price, so you won't know the price until the bill comes).What kind of fish did each one come from, what kind of salt was on top, and whether it was spicy or not? They will tell you before you eat when they are ready. It seems that it was renovated in January 2023, and only the counter is there. Apparently, the reason was that since the general had to do it alone, he couldn't afford to pay for the tatami room. This sushi restaurant is said to be one of the top three sushi restaurants in Japan. I ate something precious.
