::The breakfast was not so bad, but it was not ok. But All hotel staff were friendly parking lot facility was old, if too much car getting very busy, who must have to wait more one wee while.

::This lovely hotel was centrally located, about 5 mins to the bus terminal, less than that to the tram station, and about 20 mins to Kumamoto station. Shopping arcade, local restaurants were all around the corner. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was basic but well equipped and cozy.

::Hotel is located close to the downtown walk just 5-10 min to reach the main station and also can catch the tram. Hotel is as good as other Mitsui chain in Japan and fully equipped with all necessaries, toiletries provided as usual as hotel in Japan.

::There location is the best. We travel around the world but never experience this, and as it the Mitsui Garden hotel ,there’s no coffee service in room but only tea bag. If you want a cup of coffee in the morning they provide 200 yen on the first floor. Money is not a big deal but just surprised for this kind of service.

::The room we had while small was pretty efficient. We had everything we needed, shower, clean toilets, toiletry, and roughly enough space to unpack our luggage and hang our clothes. Rooms were also pretty clean. Pillow was a little soft but mattress was alright. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also located close to the city so it’s easy to find food and other amenities. The hotel parking is 1100 yen from 10am to 10am the next day. The immediate parking outside the hotel might be more expensive if you park overnight. See pictures below for the rate for the carpark outside (100 yen per 90 minutes). If you’re parking 8pm to 8am the next day, it’ll be 800 yen.
