::2nd time Yajiya ramen, pork bone ramen, and half fried chicken. Just like the previous miso, this one was also very delicious. My wife's pork bone ramen was also very satisfying. The fried chicken was also juicy and good. Miso Yajiya has normal spiciness. Even though it was 0 spicy, it was surprisingly spicy and made me sweat. The Gujo miso ramen had a very deep flavor, and the garlic was cooked well so it was steamy and delicious.

The ramen is Viet Cong and is full of garlic. If you avoid eating it, the smell won't bother you. The soup has a good balance of pork bones and a nice spiciness from the chili pepper. The noodles are medium-thin and strained easily. It was delicious.

Every time I try Yajiya fried rice, I end up ordering ramen, so next time I'd like to try fried rice. From March 2024? Business hours have changed. Open for lunch from 11am I've been there several times since it started at 11am, Depending on the day, there may be several people waiting before 11 o'clock, and other times I may be the only customer even after 11 o'clock. I don't know about Saturdays and Sundays, but on weekdays, if you go 10 minutes before opening, you won't have to wait.
