  I went to the sea urchin and salmon roe festival from June 20th to July 3rd. This is just my personal opinion, but in the commercial there are two sea urchins on top, but in reality there was only one. Salmon roe is actually small and the difference from commercials is too big. Also, even though it was just before lunch and there were not many customers, it took too long for the sushi to arrive after ordering. Are there too few staff in the kitchen?
