  My parents kept telling me that there was a restaurant in IIAS that I was interested in, so I went there and found out that it was a tonkatsu restaurant in Ninomiya. But the concept here is Garden French Cafe. First take a seat and then order at the counter. I'll bring it to you if I can. The lunch plate of chicken + drink costs about 2,000 yen, and the French toast + drink costs about 2,000 yen.It might not be cheap for lunch. The volume may be amazing.

  Food was lovely and the setting is very romantic. Lots of plants and beautiful lighting. Almost Ghibli-sequel

  The Taste of chicken in the lunch plate is unique and delicious. The lemon grass tea is also nice. You can pay by quicpay or PayPay.

  A nice cafe that is located beside the mall. We visited the cafe around 3 pm on Saturday and it wasn't very crowded. Although the drinks are nice, the desserts weren't that good. The environment is good to chill with friends.
