When I lined up 30 seconds before the store opened (two people in front) and entered, two groups were already seated. The person in line in front of me seemed to be taking it home. I haven't been to this store since about 10 years ago. It is characterized by its modern construction and second floor. I ordered two servings and the gyoza arrived right in front of me in 7 minutes. Honestly, I think it was a little overcooked. The fried quality seemed to be good. Not only mine but other customers' gyoza were also similar in color, so perhaps this is the standard. The dumplings were too close to each other, and when I separated them, there was a hole in the side. I thought it would be nice if you could cut it into pieces with a spatula, even if it was only 4 pieces at a time. I thought the taste was standard compared to other branches. I visit all the stores in the Kanto region (excluding technical partner stores), but what? There were some shops that made me think so. There were 3 staff members in the kitchen and 3 staff members in the hall and reception area, and I felt they were very courteous. There was space for 7 or 8 cars in the parking lot.

I looked it up and it was open at 4pm, so I went there when it opened. There were 8 parking spaces. When I arrived at 16:20, I was one group ahead. It had a stylish exterior that didn't look like white gyoza, so at first I was skeptical, ``Is this really here?'' I've been to the Noda, Misato, and Kashiwa stores, but this one is by far the cleanest and easiest to eat at. The menu doesn't just include fried gyoza, but also rice and salad, so it's a good pairing. The store was clean with high ceilings, and the staff were very nice. Children were allowed to borrow plates and forks.

The first time I ate it, I honestly didn't think it tasted good, but a few years later, I tried it again and realized, ``Huh?'' Is this good? It became. It's strange. The skin is crispy and delicious with a faint sweetness of wheat similar to bread. The filling inside is tasteless and the meat is dry, but it's delicious when eaten with the sauce. The sauce is more delicious if you add more chili pepper to make it spicier. Although it's called gyoza, it feels like a different food. The gyoza menu was only grilled gyoza, and there were no boiled or steamed gyoza. Other than the gyoza, the menu was simple: rice, pickled vegetables, and soup.

Although I used it more than 10 years ago in 2012, I would like to post it. It's another store, but I've always wanted to try it after seeing it on TV, so my wish came true and I visited this Koshigaya store, which is the closest one to my home. It is located in the middle of a rice field, and during dinner time, the building is lit up as shown in the photo, giving it a fantastical appearance, and its stylish exterior makes you look forward to it. However, on my first visit, my companion fell ill in the car and was unable to eat. Even though I couldn't eat or take out food at that time, they kindly gave me a bag to use as an etiquette bag and took care of me. I remember the warmth of the employees at this time as if it were yesterday. Less than a month later, I was able to enjoy a meal that I will never return to.It looked more like deep-fried gyoza than fried gyoza, but it was really delicious and the meal went well. Salads and soups were all delicious. I got carried away and ordered too much, so I took the leftovers home and ate them all the next day. I haven't been able to visit again due to moving, but I would like to visit again when I go to Koshigaya area. Thank you and thank you for the meal.

Awesome place with absolutely delicious Gyoza in a wonderful location near Shibuya. I feel this place is rather trendy and visited quite heavily but honestly it is heavily visited for a reason. The Gyoza is absolutely delicious if Gyoza is your thing... I've never really eaten anything else here and usually mix up the pan fried and steamed version as they both are delicious. Overall, not a full restaurant recommendation but the Gyoza is killer late at night or after some drinks.
