::Make a reservation by phone and visit on the same day during the day on weekdays. I ordered ``Shirakanju'' with my companion. Wow, it was delicious. The eel itself had a good flavor, but the secret sauce that brought it out was great. It's not sweet, it's rich, and it's not too salty, it's just the right amount of seasoning to bring out the flavor of the eel. The way the eel is grilled is also fragrant and fluffy. The liver soup and liver stew were also delicious. 3,600 yen, which includes liver sucking, pickles, and fruit, is not expensive. I would like to visit again, and reservations are recommended as it is a popular restaurant.

::I had heard that it was delicious, so I made a reservation and visited. I arrived a little early, but they made me a seat right away and showed me around. Since I had made a reservation, the food came out right away and I didn't have to wait. The restaurant itself isn't that big, so you can leave right after you finish eating. However, I think the cost performance is very good because you can eat delicious eel at this price.

::The eel restaurant my partner chose for my birthday lunch. I love eel, but I can only eat delicious eel... Aside from that, I went to Lake Town and had lunch here. Reservations are required. I couldn't get in without making a reservation (it was placed outside if it was fully booked today). This is an unusual pattern in which you order the menu first when making a reservation, and you can enjoy the recommended upper eel and rice bowls. My favorite eel roll... and my first time with liver ponzu sauce. I arrived 15 minutes earlier than my reservation, but they let me in and took a seat for about 10 minutes...I got the eel rolls and liver pop. The eel rolls have an elegant soup stock taste. I was told to eat it with soy sauce, so when I ate it, it was irresistibly delicious... The eel is soft and it seems like we respect each other...like me and my partner...lol Liver ponzu sauce...give me a drink! ! A taste that makes you want to say so! It's refreshing and has no odor! Even if you hate liver, you can eat this! Meanwhile, the main dish arrived. The feeling you get when you open the bag is amazing. My voice leaks out... fluffy eel and rice with plenty of sauce. The eels seemed to melt in your mouth, and the two of you ate them all, finding them delicious and delicious. It was very delicious. However, I found out at the store that it was half the weight of Shirayaki, but I didn't notice that when I made the reservation...That was my only regret 😭 I wonder if I can bring you again next year lol It was worth the 3 hour trip from Kanagawa. By the way, we parked our car in Lake Town and didn't want to move around due to the crowds, so we took a taxi🚕

::I found a restaurant where I could eat eel kabayaki and shirayaki together, and went there. The eel was plump and thick, and the sauce wasn't too strong to my liking. There is also wasabi for shirayaki, which is refreshing, but also has delicious eel fat, and at 3,600 yen, I think it's a great deal. The Kimoyaki I ordered as an additional order had a big liver and was more than filling. I don't think this size is available even in Hamamatsu, and it was my first time. It's far away, but I'm sure I'll come back again.

::Traditional style restaurant, with seating on the floor. Unagi was good, melting in the mouth.
