::We are a bakery cafe with 211 stores nationwide (as of the end of December 2023), and opened our first store in Japan in 1983 in partnership with France's largest flour milling company, Grand Moulin de Paris. "Vie de France" means "French life" in French! ! The Mishima branch is unique in that it sells the local gourmet "Mishima Croquette"! ! It's interesting that these croquettes are made with 100% Mishima potatoes grown in the western foothills of Hakone and are sold at chain stores! ! I ordered the morning set croque monsieur (570 yen) with blended coffee, plus Mishima croquette (140 yen) 🍴The croque monsieur consists of 8 slices of toast, 3 of which are layered, with separate layers of ham, cheese, and white sauce. Masu! ! There's cheese on the top too, which is quite luxurious 😊 The Mishima croquette was also good with lots of potatoes! !

::This is very close to the high speed bus terminal to Kawaguchi providing sitting area but the bun I had was a bit disappointed as it claims the most popular. The bun slightly sweet but can't taste creamy much at all. Total 530 yen

::Tried a variety of pastries and sandwiches over the 3 days we stayed in Mishima. All were delicious and though we didn’t speak Japanese the staff were intuitive enough to figure out our orders. When you dine in choose a window seat and watch the world go by as you sip your hot coffee/tea
