::2024.5.3 I came here because I really wanted to eat a roll cake. The cakes here are sweet without being overpowering. You can eat it till the end without getting bored. Among them, the fresh pie is the most delicious. The cream is injected after ordering, so The pie crust is crispy and goes perfectly with the custard!

::Dimanche Matin is a cute patisserie located on the outskirts of Fujinomiya City, overlooking Mt. Fuji. The shortcake features a cream chantilly with a strong milky taste. The sourness of the strawberries and Genoise texture blend well with the cream, and the thickness of the cream layer is irresistible for fresh cream lovers. The cream puffs are made with two creams: Crème Patissiere and Crème Chantilly, which are made using Asagiri Takagen Acid eggs. The texture of the dough is so firm that it tastes like flour, similar to bread. Both the cream and the dough have a strong flavor body. On this day, the eat-in space inside the store was closed, so I went out of my way to leave a bench outside. (thank you.) There were a lot of clouds on this day, but if the weather had been better, it would have been a sweet time where we could have felt the majestic Mt. Fuji even closer.
