The dry one ⭐️ should be read carefully. Now, there is a tendency to praise modern, well-known establishments that sprinkle rare ingredients on flashy tableware. The visual sense is activated and the strong impact increases the number of ⭐️. It's not a flashy French restaurant like Umoregi-tei or Michelin-rated, but its quiet appearance and courteous service are first-class, a hideaway for adults...I'll cherish it forever.

::I had a course for lunch. The appetizer platter and marinated angel shrimp were very delicious. It was my first time eating raw angel shrimp. Hida beef cheek gratin Provencal style.It looked like it was boiled in oil, but when I ate it with the cheese and tomato sauce on top, it was surprisingly delicious without the oil. The main fish is solemeat and lobster. It didn't have much of an impact, but it was really delicious, including the green beans that came with it. The main meat is Kagoshima beef fillet. The soy sauce-based sesame sauce was very delicious, but considering it was an A5 rank, the fillet had a lot of fat and felt a little heavy. Dessert is fruit tambal. Both the contents and the bowl were delicious. The last small sweet was a cute size, but the taste was decent and delicious. There are two types of bread: French bread and rye bread. As expected, the French bread had a crispy skin and was very delicious. It may be difficult, but I recommend eating it before it gets cold. This time, the two of us got one refill when ordering the main dish. Although it was a holiday, it wasn't crowded and I was able to enjoy my meal very quietly.

::I thought it was better than its reputation. The food is delicious and you can eat slowly. The color of the plates is all vanilla white. This may be a negative point for those who are particular about the glamor and visuals of their vessels. Personally, I thought it was refreshing to use plates of the same color. The only drawback is that it was difficult to find the way to enter from the back road. I just trusted Google maps and climbed the narrow path and arrived there without any trouble. I think people coming from the Takaoka area should enter from the front side.

::A nice spot up in the hills for lunch or dinner. A little difficult to reach from either of the two entrances but very cozy and comfortable inside. The menu is as-decided by the chef, so make to tell the wait staff your allergies or dietary requirements.

::Me and a friend came here on a whim this afternoon and it was very difficult for us to find, but I'm glad we did. It is surrounded by trees on one side and it is on top of a hill with major roads all around, but fortunately there is plenty of parking. Anyway, the service we had was great. The waiter was kind and attentive but not overbearing. More importantly, the food was delicious. Even though we needed a substitution, the waiter had it done. Furthermore, the atmosphere of this restaurant is really nice. I'd love to come back here in spring when the flowers of the trees in front of the restaurant are in bloom.
