::Lunch during Golden Week. It seemed like everywhere was crowded, so I went to the Okuda store, which is close to downtown Toyama. The suburban stores were crowded, but the downtown area was pretty empty, so I was able to order without lining up or waiting. Since it was a limited edition, I ordered the salt ramen gyoza set, and I couldn't leave out the corn as a topping. Both salt ramen and gyoza are consistently delicious, and when I go on a trip to Hokuriku, I often end up eating No. 8 ramen before heading home.

::There are no stores in Kansai, but I heard that this is a standard family-friendly ramen chain restaurant in Toyama, so I visited there. The inside of the restaurant really felt like a family restaurant, and there was a wide variety of main dishes, so it was a fun restaurant. I also wanted to try other menu items.

::This is one of the wonderful shops that has been expanded into a chain in Hokuriku, but is still deeply rooted in the local community. No matter what you eat, it's always delicious and is loved by people of all ages. Today I'm going to have one of my favorite dishes, the hot and sour noodles. It's hot and has just the right amount of spiciness and sourness. The melted egg that clings to the thin noodles and the chewy bok choy are a perfect match. This is a menu item that you don't often see at other ramen shops, but I would like to spread the word about it. It's a shame that it's only available for a limited time. Each of our companions had set C, which included Chinese noodles and miso ramen. I would like to recommend this restaurant, which is reasonably priced but has delicious fried chicken and fried rice.

::The food is so-so. However, if you go there during lunch time, no matter how empty the seats are, you will be told in a mechanical tone, ``Please write your name and wait.'' It may be that kind of manual, but wouldn't it be better to respond according to the situation?

The soup is a mellow and stomach-friendly soup that is like a thinner version of Sapporo Ichiban Shio Ramen. It's a soup that goes well with vegetables because it's loaded with vegetables, and the main thing is to eat vegetables. If you have a chance to eat it, don't have too high expectations. It's best to go there with the intention of trying the food as a conversation topic.
