This time I ordered white. If you get the set, it also comes with gyoza. There weren't that many types of ramen, just mazesoba, cold noodles, and salt ramen. Make it into mazesoba and salt ramen. The mazesoba was spicy, but the addition of vinegar made it mellow and delicious. Salt ramen is very delicious 😋 The gyoza was also delicious, so I want to go again!

::I received a set of salt ramen and half fried rice. This light salt ramen is seriously delicious! Fried rice has a different taste than fried rice, and you'll be addicted to it. However, the soup is too salty for me. I thought it would be just right if I eat it with noodles, but it's still quite strong. I also wanted to drink soup, so it would have been perfect if it was a little thinner.

::Please understand that photography is not allowed inside the store. I entered the store at 12:00 on a Sunday without any customers. By 12:30, the place was almost full. From the intersection next to the store, take a very narrow road to the parking lot behind the store. The ultra-thin one is easy for light cars, it's really tight for wagons, and large cars can't fit. I ordered red and white fried rice and the winter-only Miyazaki Kokubu Shokudo reproduction salt ramen. The ramen options included chicken salt ramen, iso ramen, and Kaga Japanese soy sauce ramen. The fried rice that arrived was a normal order of half fried rice size. Maybe the set is this size too. It feels like a large serving is normal, and a double serving is a normal large serving. The fried rice red had a slightly sweet taste, as if it had been flavored with Kyushu's sweet soy sauce. It is tightly fanned. The white is a little sharp with a hint of salt and pepper. It contains onions and is a nice accent. Miyazaki's ramen had the flavor of vegetables and chicken, just like the tanmen soup. Something was missing. Although it is a fried rice restaurant, there was a wide variety of ramen. As fried rice, it was delicious, but I felt something was missing.

::I made a double portion of the value set yakimeshi white. As expected, the restaurant only promotes yakimeshi, so it looks pretty normal. . . It was so good that I wanted a second helping. Yakimeshi white is made with onions, and Yakimeshi red is made with carrots. I wanted to eat yakimeshi and gyoza rather than the ramen (chicken salt?) set. It tasted like that. 2022.07.25 Revisited. Ordered special yakimeshi red and gyoza. Hmm, I guess the red one has a stronger flavor? I might prefer white.
