::It was my first time visiting. The other store I often go to is the Fujioka store, but the atmosphere is the same. If you are alone, it will be a table and each person will have one tablet. I look at the menu and see that the price of ramen has increased. It usually costs over 1000 yen. The cheapest bariki noodles are 890 yen, so I ordered them. After all, when you think of Barikiyasan, you think of pork bones. Choose the hardness of the noodles. There are quite a few different types of boiling. I like it hard, so I used wire. Delivery was quick. Add the provided bean sprouts, pickled ginger, and garlic. You don't have to crush the garlic yourself, it's in a liquid form. The cashier takes your seat tag and scans the barcode with a machine. Payment must be made in cash only.

::Visited for the first time around 3 o'clock on a weekday. There are many ramen shops around here, but after 3 o'clock, there are fewer and fewer of them open. I appreciate that they have long business hours. I ordered Mazesoba (990 yen) and Gyoza from the lunch set. I'm happy to see pickled ginger and namul on the table. When the Mazesoba arrived, my first impression was "Isn't it a little...?" In this day and age, with high prices, I think every store is trying to find the best balance between cost cutting and satisfaction, but I got the impression that they were cutting costs. Mazesoba doesn't have soup, so it feels smaller than regular ramen. I was hungry, so the portion was just right, but if I had come to the store hungry, I think it would have been a bit underwhelming. Also, it's sad that even though it's a chain store, they only accept cash. With cashless payments becoming so widespread, people will no longer visit cash-only stores... The taste was delicious.

::First visit around 8pm on a weekday. I ordered the special barikotemen and gyoza, and they were served relatively quickly. The ramen looked fancy, but it was delicious, and the gyoza was also average. Perhaps because of the thin noodles, I felt that there were a little less noodles than they looked. The inside of the store was stylish and seemed to be thriving with a steady flow of customers. Personally, I found it a little difficult to understand the tablet ordering process, and the taste didn't have the same flavor that you would expect from this chain restaurant, so I was a little disappointed.

::Always noticed this place packed on the weekend, and heard really good things about it. I stopped by for an early dinner on Friday so there weren’t many customers yet. The ramen was served perfectly. I didn’t think the broth was too rich, the the serving size was just right. Their gyoza wasn’t very heavy either. While I was there, I noticed the workers wiping down the menus. It made me feel very assured that this restaurant is kept clean.

::My friend mentioned that there’s usually a long line outside of this restaurant on the weekends so we decided to go on a weekday. We didn’t have to wait at all and were seated immediately. I ordered the spicy miso ramen and gyoza, which came out very quickly. The food was rich and delicious. What made this restaurant so great for me was that the portions weren’t huge, making it easy to finish everything. I strongly recommend checking this place out!
