The staff at the Uehara store were all very kind, and the products were handled with care, so I think I'll choose the Uehara store as my main store. Some people may have had an unpleasant experience, but the post office also undergoes personnel changes, so if you visit the post office every few years, things will change! The reason I gave minus star is because I don't feel safe because the staff with such a bad attitude may come back someday. I'm sure it's difficult for employees and employees to move, but at least they don't handle the products roughly! I'd like them to teach me the basics...

I received a call back from this post office, and when I checked to see if there were any parts, I heard that they shipped it. When I was told that, (I thought, ``Maybe I lied and got accepted?'')...No, I said that at the counter, and I also checked with the call center, and if it's new and unopened, I can ship it. That's what I was told. Ah...I see...I'm sorry...that's the result. Things that could have been resolved with a single call to the call center I wonder who this post office called to confirm. What's more, I didn't even receive an apology from the female clerk who dealt with me directly, and I laughed out loud at the end, and even though it was only for a moment, I was tired of her response. It's a small matter, so there may be some misunderstandings, but I don't think I'll get the answer I want to hear, and I'm afraid that people will laugh at me and ask me to give them my name. When I told my family, they got furious and asked me to give them the details of what happened in writing, but I managed to get them to calm down. I spent time talking, going to other post offices, calling the call center and other post offices, and spending time on phone charges. I won't go there again, but I think I could have solved the problem if I checked carefully and found out why there were so many differences in whether or not I could ship items in the same condition.
