This is the first time I have had such a bad experience at the post office. I don't know if you're busy, but let's just look at each other and talk. How about talking bluntly afterwards? If you're going to work at a counter, I want you to have the minimum level of customer service skills.

The wrong item was delivered I went to send it back, but... show me something, If I send this back, I will talk to a female employee. I was told that an envelope would be fine, so I bought an envelope. When I fill in the address and try to send the mail, I was told that this cannot be mailed. I spent a lot of money on envelopes. It doesn't sting.

The clerk at the counter was very polite. When he heard that I wanted to buy 100 yuan stamps, he guessed that it was a tourist who wanted to send a postcard, and he even offered me an "Airline" sticker.

When I went there, they were very kind. He clearly explained anything I was unclear about, and even told me how to avoid having to buy a new envelope if I made a mistake in filling out a registered mail envelope. It was very nice that they were not vague and gave detailed instructions. Regarding the building, the inside is very clean and comfortable. It is connected internally to Yamada Denki, making it convenient to access both during post office business hours. Also, when the post office parking lot (west side of the 1st floor) is full, you can park in the Yamada Denki parking lot (3rd/4th floor) and access it by elevator, so I don't get frustrated waiting for space. . The only thing I am concerned about is the ``parking space for people with disabilities'' located in the parking lot on the west side of the 1st floor. The motorcycle parked next to the space in question was protruding into the space for wheelchair loading and unloading (diagonal lines), making it difficult to use. I have attached a photo for reference. Even though it was so beautiful and convenient, I felt it was a waste. If it wasn't for this, I think it would be 5 stars.

Located on the first floor of the Yamada Denki Building, the postal counter and ATM are open on Saturdays and Sundays. There is a lush green park and an overpass between it and the joint government building.
