::I want the old lady in charge of savings to change my banknotes to new banknotes. It was nice of you to ask for the change, but since you didn't present the envelope, I handed it over to you, but since I was exchanging money for new bills, I don't think they should have done the obvious thing. If not, I said an ATM would be fine. A certain bank was very polite and even presented me with an envelope!! Although this is a university post office, it doesn't seem to be a big hit.
