  I used Uber Eats, but every time there was no straw included. I thought I had to tell them directly about this, so when I contacted them, they said they would check with Uber Eats, but the store never got back to me. When I called again, I was told that it would be difficult to ship the straws, so I would receive a refund. Normally, when you check someone for the first time, they ask for your contact information and name, right? I felt bad that Uber Eats was involved in this even though it was the store's mistake. They won't contact you unless they confirm, which is the worst. I will never use it again.

  It's located on the food floor of a shopping center called Greenard Nagayama. However, unlike other restaurants, it opens at 8 a.m., and you can enter from the outside table. Tully's Coffee has its own Wi-Fi connection, and there are four table seats with power outlets available. However, since the space between them is narrow, it seems like only two people can use the computers. Table seats are basically for 2 people, but if you put them together you can have 4 people. I think the menu is the same as Tully's Coffee at other stores. The problem is that you can't enter the shopping center until it opens at 10am, so you can't go directly to the toilet, and you have to make a long circuit from outside.

  I have used it several times. The food is delicious and I like the atmosphere of the restaurant, but it's a shame that some of the young staff members don't even welcome you. Also, I was told that I couldn't do things that I could do at other stores, and I don't know if they didn't know or just didn't want to do it, but the lack of flexibility was disappointing. I wouldn't go for convenience stores or fast food, but since cafes tend to be expensive, I was surprised at their response. I reduced the stars because the quality of the staff was lower than other Tully's.

  I ate inside. Today's coffee was Mandarin. When I took a sip and drank it, it tasted like the base of the commercially available Key Coffee blend that I often drink, although the strength was different from the one I make at home. I had a roasted green tea latte, but I don't remember it anymore, and the coffee had a much better impact. I almost never go to coffee chains or coffee shops, so I've finally come to terms with Tully's over Starbucks for coffee lovers. It was delicious, so I thought it would be a good idea to take this opportunity to go out for tea.
