::Souffle pancakes are definitely delicious. It smells good. If you double it, it will fill you up quite a bit. I was told that I could choose the syrup, so I ordered honey, and it was surprisingly rich and sweeter than I expected, so I thought it would have to go with the coffee, so I ordered a refill (half price), and it took about 10 minutes. I had to wait, and during that time, my pancakes became deflated, and the surface became mushy, which was a miscalculation. If I order one next time, I think I'll either get a single, or ask for a refill of coffee before I finish my drink. @Revisit Today, I had Neapolitan for lunch. Well, I didn't know that until now. The taste itself is more reminiscent of an old coffee shop than Pancho's. It feels like it's been upgraded a little bit.
