::There have been several misallocations in the past. What's more, the document that was supposed to arrive at my house contained almost personal information, but it was misdelivered and opened by a resident of the wrong addressee. Please check carefully.

::I went to the post office just after 9am on a weekend (Saturday), and it was empty, and the staff at the counter were prompt and courteous. There were various postal goods lined up in the store, which was quite fun. The next day (Sunday), I accompanied an acquaintance to the postal collection counter after 3pm, but it was so crowded that there was a line outside. Personally, I think it's better to go in the morning because it's less crowded. That's what I thought.

::No waiting quick service.

::Stupid instruction on how to pay for the customs fee of a package I bought from the US. Pull yourself together and give better service!!!

::Extremely slow service (they weighed each postcard before mailing it, and for one of our letters, they weighed it SEVEN times before deciding that it was an acceptable weight). Also, they refused to mail out one of the postcards we bought from the Ghibli Museum because it was in an irregular shape. It took over half an hour for them to help us mail out 4 letters and 10 postcards (back at home, this would have taken 2 minutes tops). I'm a bit worried now as to whether or not our mail will reach its final destination....
