::The staff is quite supportive. Just for information, it is operational on Saturday (weekend) but only for the postal services (not banking and others). I visited around at 13:00 so full days seems to be working on Saturday

::The staff was rude and talking in high volume. Government offices should have some English speakers since there are lot of foreigners and we re paying lot of taxes ..

::The level of service is surely prompt and effective. Some of the staff is really friendly as well, and always seem to smile! The only missing clincher for me is that it is difficult to communicate if you do not speak Japanese. However, they did use a mobile-translator to help me out, so there are ways!
