::the meal is burning, hot as hell, ruins all the taste. taste good only at the first bite, no taste after second. the shop master should taste as they serve customer. if you want to use the hot plate, please refer ‘Sawayaka’ in shizuoka. i believe ingredients are good, but hot plate should be used to keep the temperature, not for cooking. i was very disappointed.
