::A famous salt ramen restaurant. The clear and elegant soup has a deep flavor. The wontons are large and smooth, and the roast pork is soft and seasoned to go well with the soup. The noodles are also delicious. Adding scallops, which have a different taste, makes it even more delicious. The interior of the store is simple yet stylish. Only 2 tables and a large standing table. Delicious ramen, but one disappointing thing. The soup is a little warm. If it wasn't for that, the meal would be 4 stars.

::I parked my car at a nearby coin parking lot and headed for the store while walking through the shopping district. When I arrived, the place was full and I waited. The place was packed with a variety of customers, including students returning from school. But it was worth lining up. Salt ramen is very delicious.

::I woke up before noon after drinking too much last night... After some exercise, I rode my bicycle towards Takatsuki Station. When I passed the store around 12:30 on Saturday, there was no line, so I made a U-turn and entered the store. The store was almost full, so I was able to get in just in time. Did you buy salt ramen from the ticket machine inside the store and sit down? (Standing seating). After a while, the salt ramen arrived. The oil is glistening in the clear soup. Toppings are chashu, wonton, and green onion. When eaten from the soup, it is refreshing but has a deep flavor and is delicious. Next, the angular medium-thin noodles have a high water content and are easy to slurp, so they come in quickly. The chashu was soft and fluffy, and the wonton skin was a little thick. Adding yuzu and pepper in the middle of the cooking will enhance the taste and go well with it. Adding salted scallops next adds spiciness and increases appetite. It's been a while since I last visited, but the customer service was polite and the ramen was delicious as always.

::Very early ramen shop with tables and standing seats, which is very fitting for a cold morning. They serve their bowls mess hall style - meaning you have to stand and wait for your bowl to be made in front of you. There are addons that you want to add on your bowl such as yuzu kosho and yabai niku? (not sure about the pronounciation) which looks like corned beef mince. I ordered the basic noodle with egg and it was okay. The chashu was particularly flavorful. I only gave this restaurant 4 stars because it is very difficult to order more because of their system.
