  This hospital has friendly and professionally doctors, nurses, and staff. They also have English support, and many of the doctors speak English. The hospital is constantly keeping up with new medical technologies and procedures. If you need a blood test before your appointment, make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before. On busy days, you may be starting your appointment an hour late while waiting for blood test results, so getting that started earlier is always better. This is true of each of the 4 Japanese hospitals I have visited.

  Very bad experience with receptionist and I was “RACIALLY DISCRIMINATED”.I called to make an appointment and asked for English support. The lady was able to speak English but the moment I started explaining her what I needed the very first thing she tells is I don’t understand “INDIAN and PAKISTANI “ English. I don’t understand why one has to be discriminated like this even for hospital visits.

  I had an open surgery in this hospital in 2017. Everything went out smoothly. While I was inside the surgery room student nurse told me. "Do you want me to hold your hands? I said , Yes please". She visited me everyday. Maybe she noticed , no one visited me. Because I didn't tell to anyone that I was going to be hospitalized. Thanks to student nurse for helping me , She never left me even in the shower room :) 5 star for your kind heart and to my doctor. Waiting period for outpatient was really bad, I had to wait for long hours.

  I had my wisdom tooth extraction here after got referral letter from clinic. That was a very good experience dealing with all good staffs, very helpful and effecient.
