What about insurance? It was very annoying because they talked to me about this. Even though I strongly refused, he handed me the pamphlet and said, ``Just take the pamphlet home!'' It was just garbage because they said they wouldn't consider it, but it was really annoying. I don't think this store is the only one, but every time I make a transfer or withdraw cash at the counter, I get fed up with the same business operations. I wanted them to at least back down if we refused. I also have something to do that requires me to go to the counter, so I'm feeling down. I received a similar offer from a local bank, but if I refused, they simply backed down.
