::Came to update my seal but they made me wait for one hour even though there were not so many people. Even few people who have number after me get called first. I understand if there are many people but there were not so many that day. Why other people after me get called first? Is it because my business is not so important? So annoying!

::A city bank located at Izumimachi 2-chome on the south side of National Route 50. There used to be the former Kawasaki Daihyaku Bank Mito Branch, which was built by the Kawasaki Zaibatsu in the Meiji era, on Izumimachi 3-chome on the opposite side of the road, and was later absorbed by the Mitsubishi Zaibatsu and inherited by Mitsubishi Bank. It is one of the few prefecturally registered cultural properties left in Mito City that survived the air raids during the war, and is a building with an elegant stone structure. The current branch has been moved to the second central building, a plain concrete building, and the bank counter has also been moved to the third floor, making it an inconvenient bank. However, even though it is a city bank in the prefectural capital, it is located in a far and inconvenient location about 3 kilometers west of JR Mito Station on National Route 50. In the days of the old store, there was a parking lot next door🅿️, and it was a symbolic building that could be called the "face" of Mitsubishi UFJ Bank in this area, so I could understand it from a lot of people's perspective, but now the building has been sold. So why did they go to the trouble of moving their store to such an inconvenient location? I don't understand the intention or necessity. Please take this opportunity to set up a bank in a convenient location near Mito Station or south of Excel... There aren't many city banks located in the prefectural capital that have branches in such inconvenient locations.

::I will correct the evaluation. Mr. Sasaki, who dealt with the counter, was very kind and polite, and made me feel at ease. : A woman named Anzo at the counter. Why all of a sudden? To the customers! Is it a dirty word? ! I was a little surprised and froze. Even though I told the receptionist that I had lost my seal, "A seal? Don't you have it at home?! I don't have it...lol" You're being talkative and overbearing. Did I do something? Do you dislike local residents? I don't want to go there anymore...but next time I meet someone, I won't use polite language either. The female bank employee at the reception desk and the security guard were smiling and polite, which made me feel at ease. By the way, reservations are required for the counter.

::Moved across the road from the old store It is inconvenient because there are only branches and stores north of Mito in Koriyama, Utsunomiya, and Sendai.
