::The old tsukemen was really delicious. The menu has changed and the prices have gone up. I visited the store on the night of November 12th. There were few customers and we were able to get in right away. I received the rich seafood tsukemen [1200 yen], but the ingredients had changed and the soup had a different taste than before, so it wasn't delicious. The toppings had also increased in price and were not worth the price. It's a shame because I know the delicious taste of the past.

::This is a restaurant that sells dried sardines and tsukemen. You can also eat niboshi soba. This is an ordering method in which you purchase a meal ticket outside the store and give it to the store staff. Well, it's a safe dried sardine type that you can eat normally and deliciously. It seems that Tsukemen is a favorite. The inside of the store is clean. First time purchasing salt tsukemen. I don't often choose salt, but when I bought it, it tasted better than I expected and I find myself wanting to eat it again. I will definitely go eat there again. The menu has changed.

::2024/08 Menu renewal First of all, the water served is bad. You can't just drink tap water, right? I think the water is really bad, as if the filter of the water purifier hasn't been replaced or cleaned. If you look closely, you can see that the store is generally dirty and full of dust. The ceiling covers for the lights have all fallen down, and the wooden doors on the shelves are getting dirty with hand grime. I feel a little uneasy. The air conditioner was overwhelmingly not working. Wouldn't it be better to separate the cooking area from the audience seating area? I ordered the rich tandan spice tsukemen. Tandan's minced meat is delicious, but it doesn't really stick to the noodles, so it feels like Tandan-style tsukemen. I think people have their own preferences when it comes to chewy noodles, but for me, even when I dipped them in the rich dipping sauce, the noodles felt watery, so I thought they were just average. I might prefer konbu water bukkake or noodles with a stronger wheat flavor. The cilantro was perfect, but the white onions were a better accent. I also tried salt ramen, but I prefer the rich soup. The menma was too soft and the flavor was bland. It's a vague ramen. Overall, is the taste average or a little tasty? Honestly, I don't think it's worth paying a lot of money for because the tsukemen from Seven's cold food tastes like this. Due to its high price, it tends to be excluded from options. Seiseki Sakuragaoka is rarely an option anymore because there are other cheap and delicious restaurants. I thought it would be popular again with the renewal, but the noodles and dipping sauce didn't seem to have changed, so maybe the prices just went up. ------ A restaurant that mainly serves rich seafood tsukemen. It had a dangerous smell like chicken char siu, but I wonder if they have quit recently? When the store first opened, it was still a novelty, and there was a lot of rich seafood around here! That's what I thought, but it's been going on for so long that it's hard to judge. I don't think it's bad by any means, but these days it feels more clearly outdated than before.

::I loved it the last time I went to eat there. I liked that the toppings were lemon and soft low-temperature cooked meat, but they changed it. (Sorry for the 1st → 2nd picture being half eaten) I don't like the salty taste right now. I want it back. If things stay the way they are now, I won't go there again.
