::I visited at noon. Well, the taste is very ordinary Hidakaya, I can't have high expectations. but! The customer service and attentiveness of the lady on the floor was very pleasant and wonderful. Not too loud, not too quiet, not too polite, not too frank, agile but not running around, able to pay close attention to details, not overly patronizing. What can I say, it's just right. The above is the opinion of an old man in his fifties.

::It's been a while since I received this level of customer service. I had given up on the idea that the recent low level of customer service (unfriendliness, lack of hospitality) at convenience stores and restaurants was due to a lack of staff, but I was reminded once again that this is not the case at all. . The food is served quickly and the presentation is very beautiful. It tastes like chain Chinese food, but I really like Hidakaya's fried rice and ramen. The food was especially delicious on this day, thanks in part to the excellent customer service. As I watched the store, I noticed that the relationships between the staff members were very good. This is probably what makes for good operations. As someone who works in the same service industry, I thought it was a wonderful store with a lot to learn.

::Lunch after a massage at Keio Nagayama. The time was around 3pm, so I briefly entered Hidakaya. Dumplings, fried squid, and a glass of beer. The gyoza is different from the shops at Inada Tsutsumi and Tama Center. I'm happy that the color is well-baked. I think the fried squid is just fried frozen squid. It's not hard and just delicious. If you look at it as an izakaya rather than a Chinese restaurant Mr. Hidakaya seems to be excellent ^^
