::I come here from time to time, and it's authentic Italian food made with local ingredients! Not only the appetizers but also the pasta is great. Also, a restaurant that won the Niigata 2020 Michelin Plate! Capricciosa baked in an authentic pizza oven is exquisite! Takeout is also OK! I enjoyed it at home.

::Recommended store for people in Kashiwazaki City. We had a dinner course, and I was surprised at how delicious all the dishes were❗️ The amount of salt was perfect. The inside of the store was clean, and the staff and owner/chef were very nice. The store was located at the back of a narrow road from the road, and the parking lot was large and convenient. This is a restaurant I would like to visit again when I come to Kashiwazaki or Nagaoka fireworks festivals❗️
