::I like the Chinese noodles from Moriken the most in all of Japan. My grandma lived in Kashiwazaki, so I ate there every time I went to Kashiwazaki since I was little. I used to eat Chinese noodles, then eat soft serve ice cream (which doesn't exist anymore), then eat Chinese noodles again. When I go to Kashiwazaki with my friends and my husband, I always take them to Moriken. Of course, he says it's delicious, but I wonder if he's trying to be considerate since I'm a huge fan of the food, but by the time he leaves, he says he wants to eat at Moriken again. When it comes to ramen and Chinese noodles, the type of ramen that people like varies greatly depending on their tastes. Having lived in Tokyo for several decades and Osaka for 10 years, I'm not particularly a fan of ramen, but I've eaten at dozens of famous places, including one that was selected as one of the top 100 restaurants. I haven't come across any Chinese noodles that surpass this Moraiken. Also, I have not come across any Chinese noodles similar to Moriken. The Chinese noodles here will make you want to eat them again within 2-3 hours of eating them. I live in another prefecture and am always thinking about the Chinese noodles here. I have always loved Moriken!

::The curly chashu noodles are delicious, and the soy sauce-based soup is not too rich, which goes well with it. I think it's best to order hard noodles. The fried rice with meat sauce has a fluffy rice that is stir-fried with the egg and goes well with the sauce, so I finished it all the way to the end without getting bored.

::I remembered that my wife's father took me there 38 years ago and the char siu noodles were very delicious, so when I was planning a trip to Niigata the other day, the first place I visited was Moraiken. I was very impressed, the taste was the same as it was 38 years ago. It was the best ramen. If I have a chance, I would like to go eat there again.

::Food was yummy. Ramen was nice. I like super rich ramen, so I'm not as easy with ramen as I am with other food. I got the ramen chaohun. Combo plate. Was good. The only thing that was bothering me was there was a weird smell where I was sitting. Besides that the food tasted good and prices were fair.!
