It is not my native language, but it will be easier for anyone to understand. Lousy service, zero customer service, they treat you like a number, and badly, slow work. Almost all the staff are either part time people, students, or people doing internships. They haven't finished serving you and it doesn't matter if they have finished their work or it has been cancelled, the cleaning staff is already coming. There are hardly any managers or superiors to go to. The facilities leave much to be desired. Unless you are going to die, look for another hospital.

They made a huge effort to treat me as good as they could, and actually they "fixed" me a couple of times by the moment. Thanks!

This is the worst. Save yourselves. How can you deny basic human care for someone who is literally dying on you doorstep? I was not even admitted in the waiting area. Kept me outside for 1 hour and I ended up leaving. If I could give this a 0 start I would. And I wouldn’t be surprise if many people died there unattended.

Great doctors and nurses at City hospital. As I remember from a long stay in 2006 the hospital was much cleaner and the gardens were well kept. Not so in 2019, carpets are well in need of deep cleaning and the gardens are over grown. Sad! *** It is a wonderful hospital and I enjoy returning every 3 months for follow up checks.

I have nothing but praise for this hospital. The staff are extremely professional and friendly, the hospital itself is very modern and easy to navigate. After recently having 2 surgeries and staying for a week for each, I found the wards were spotless and peaceful. The nurses and staff really went out of their way to help me feel comfortable. Hospital food was very good. There is a Lawson convenience store in the foyer where you can buy food and medical supplies. There is also a hairdresser, cafe and various support centers. I also found the staff on the payment desks extremely helpful and courteous. Some of the doctors do speak English and those that don’t have a translation device available.
