  Hello, I was a guest who stayed in Room 202 yesterday on 8/21. I left this morning and found the child’s quilt left behind, but I have left for Fukushima 東橫inn today. Can you help us keep it first? Will we go back to pick it up tomorrow 8/23? very grateful

  Single night business stay Enjoyed a very convenient stay at this hotel as part of a business trip. While not luxurious, the hotel. Provides for all your needs when in the area. An easy walk from the train station so access is no issue. Bed is a it hard but plenty comfortable. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choices. Washer and dryer available.in the lobby.

  This hotel is crazy with cleaning time ,you have to be out of the hotel from 10-16:00 that is like 6 hours just for them to clean ,I don't understand what the customer should do ! We went out of the room at 12 and they said they wouldn't clean our room infact in front of our room they were cleaning the rest of the rooms and when we said at least leave the bed sheets we will do ourselves they didn't even have the decency to say that they would do . It's rude and really inconvenient
